JournalJams helps healthcare professionals quickly understand medical research. Simply enter a study name, keywords, or research question to get started.

How to Use

1. Search by Text: Enter a trial name (e.g., "SPRINT trial"), keywords (e.g., "SGLT2 heart failure"), or a research question
2. Upload a PDF: Tap the upload icon to analyze a PDF document directly (max 10MB)
3. Review Results: Get summaries, key findings, clinical significance, and trainee discussion guides

How accurate is the analysis?

JournalJams uses advanced AI to analyze medical literature. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations" (plausible-sounding but incorrect information). Always verify information against primary sources. This app is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical judgment or peer-reviewed literature review.

Why is my PDF not uploading?

• Ensure the file is under 10MB
• Verify it's a valid PDF format
• Check your internet connection

Can I use this offline?

No, JournalJams requires an internet connection to process and analyze content.

How do I manage my subscription?

• Web: Manage or cancel through your Stripe account (linked in your confirmation email)
• iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device

How do I delete my account?

On iOS, go to the Account tab and tap "Delete Account." You can also email us at Contact@JournalJams.org and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including search history and subscription records.
